We love to cook from what our exuberant land, the Lecrín Valley, offers us in every season.
Enjoy our recipes made with fresh local products, Andalusian essence and a creative local touch.

In our philosophy of cooking with fresh seasonal and local products, we have developed different menus and dishes, depending on the time of year.

For the mornings, we offer a wide selection of fresh and homemade products. Eggs from our farmyard, freshly baked sourdough bread, homemade jams and cakes with seasonal fruits, are some of its delicious ingredients.

Under Albuñuelas is the Santo River, hidden at the bottom of the ravine and which hides a treasure.
